Founder and solo builder of Stellarch

Stellarch has never taken outside money. Every card, every mechanic, every line of the combat engine was designed, built, and funded by one person. The goal was simple: ship a TCG that is completely deterministic, replayable, and backed by Hive, so players truly own their collections. That game now exists, in open alpha, at the point where it is ready to open to the world.

What I write about

I write the announcements, changelog patch notes, giveaways, community spotlights, and technical deep dives that come out of building Stellarch solo. Expect real numbers, not hype, and a running record of what changed and why.

Patch 0.45.4: Open the Vault

Your ranked rewards finally get a home worth opening. This patch rebuilds the Ranked Pool on /play into a claim-first vault, leads guild browsing with the most renowned crews, and teaches the draft ability filter to search by what an ability actually does.

Patch 0.44.0: The Command Deck

This patch opens up the economy. There is now a single page, the Command Deck, that lays out every currency, every reward, and the one rate we never move, all in plain language. The full whitepaper is still one tap away when you want the fine print.

Patch 0.45.2: A Fair Draw

A draft should always give you a team to fight with. Until now, a few rare combinations of ruleset and ban, most often in Bronze, could leave you with no legal way to build a lineup. Patch 0.45.2 closes that gap for good.

Patch 0.45.1: Rise and Restake

Two fixes land in this patch, one for the fallen and one for the faithful. Small on paper, but you will feel both at the table and in your wallet.

A Clearer Chart

This patch is about finding your way around. The site footer is now a full star-chart sitemap, the blog reads cleaner with a side rail and answers you can fold away, and a brawl bug that could leave you with no cards to draft in low-mana Bronze frays is fixed.

The Climb Home

The season is peaking, and this patch is about the climb. Your ranked reward pool now has a real home on the command deck, the day-end chip finally shows the share weight you earned, and qualifying for a payout no longer asks you to spend energy first. Two fresh WARPATH passes open right...

A Reachable Season Finish

Alpha seasons only run about a week, and the old finish line of 100 ranked games was out of reach in that time, so the finals were locked to almost everyone. Now a short season asks for 50 games to qualify for the season-end tournament and the leaderboard, and the leaderboard counter shows that...

Rewards, Rebuilt Around Rating

This patch rebuilds how ranked rewards pay out. Day-end reward pools now split by how strong your ranked rating is, the old per-player cap is gone, and the hoops you had to clear to qualify got a lot shorter. We also raised the SGC supply ceiling to leave room for it and rewrote the economy...

Dispatches and the Road Ahead

This release opens two front doors. Stellarch now has a full blog, so patch notes, dispatches and deep dives all live on the site, and a new Roadmap page lays out where we are going in plain phases. On top of that, ranked wins now pay SGC, and a stack of combat, ruleset and draft fixes make every...

Patch 0.41.6: Fairer Bans, Cleaner Swings

This patch tightens ranked fairness and combat correctness. You now ban a single affinity instead of two, so you still dodge your worst matchup while the opponent pool stays varied for everyone. And a rare same-turn splash death now resolves cleanly, so combat and replays read right.

Patch 0.41.5: Fair Rolls, Clear Ladders

This patch sharpens ranked and combat. Matchmaking now caps how many pool-restricting rulesets a single match can roll, so you never get stuck with a locked-down deck. The leaderboard shows your current rating right next to your peak, and a reckless friendly-fire splash death now resolves cleanly...

Patch 0.41.4: Win and Loss

Two upgrades this patch. The ranked leaderboard now shows every pilot's win and loss record, right next to their match count. And tournament brackets got a cleanup: empty bye slots are gone, grand finals reset properly, and end-of-season groups play a single game per pairing.
