If something is broken, missing, or wrong, the support surface is the canonical channel. This page covers what to file and how.

Report a bug

Stellarch issues are tracked through the in-app support tickets surface. Include as much of the following as you have:

  1. What you did — the action that triggered the bug (URL, click path, deck composition).
  2. What you expected — the result you thought you'd get.
  3. What happened instead — the actual result, with the error text if any.
  4. For replay or combat issues: the match URL and the event index where things diverged.

Contact

The support tickets surface is the only routed contact channel at MVP — no public Discord, no community forum, no email alias yet. Open a ticket and a human responds; the team checks the queue daily.

Closing an account

Account deletion is available through the support tickets surface — open a ticket asking to close the account, and the team will confirm the deletion. Active match history, linked identities, and the wallet ledger are dropped on confirmation.
