Stellarch Fighter cards, deck folios and collection vault

The roadmap

Build your collection.
Shape your next team.

Explore the collectible Fighter cards, Collection and Decks, cosmetics and guild systems that could shape the next chapter of Stellarch.

Phase 1 / Collection and Decks

A clearer collection, better preparation and more ways to turn the Fighters you collect into a team that feels like yours.

Explore Collection and Decks

The dossier

Four chapters. One direction.

Each chapter opens with the change it is built around, then sets out everything else under consideration for that window. Every name and benefit remains on the page.

Phase 1

Collection and decks

Collection overhaul

Your Fighters, clearly organized.

A rebuilt collection page where your roster finally reads like a roster. Sorting, filtering and comparing become part of how you think about a team. Every surface that shows a card inherits the same clarity, from the picker to the market. Owning more Fighters should make you stronger, not slower.

In playnarrow the collection to one affinity and read the shape of your roster in a single look.

01

Deck building

Turn an idea into a team before the queue opens.

Build and keep lineups outside a match, then bring the one that fits what you are facing. Saved decks make experimenting cheap, so a strange idea costs you curiosity instead of a losing streak. Your Commander and the Fighters behind it stay together as one thing you can name and return to.

In playload the anti magic build you keep rebuilding by hand, in one pick.

02

Onboarding quests

A reason to keep playing once the first lesson ends.

Early objectives pick up where the tutorial stops. Each points at the next system worth learning instead of leaving a new pilot alone on an empty bridge. The sequence is short and it ends with you in the ladder, not in a menu.

In playfinish the tutorial and the next objective is already waiting, with a reason behind it.

03

Profile page overhaul

A clearer home for your pilot identity.

Your record, progress and chosen look are arranged so another player can read you at a glance. The page becomes something you would send to someone rather than something you check. Expression and history finally sit on the same surface.

In playopen a rival profile before a match and know what you are walking into.

04

Ongoing balancing

Keep the battlefield worth learning.

Continued tuning of Fighters, Commanders and matchups is read against how matches actually resolve. This is a standing strand of work rather than a single release, so the meta keeps moving without throwing away what you know. Changes arrive with the reasoning that produced them.

In playa Fighter you shelved becomes worth drafting again, and the notes tell you why.

Clarity first. Everything in this chapter serves the moment you pick a team.

Cosmetics and SIGIL

Flagship

SIGIL store

Give loyalty somewhere to go.

SIGIL is the soulbound balance you earn by staking STEL, and it needs a destination built around how you look rather than how you win. What it stocks is not defined yet, and this page will not pretend otherwise. One rule is settled: nothing sold there touches a single stat.

In playspend a season of staked loyalty on a look that says where you have been.

Cosmetics already exist in Stellarch. This chapter is about where they go next.

01

Animation skins

Make the moment your own.

New visual presentations for battle let a finishing blow carry your taste instead of the default. The timing and maths underneath stay exactly where they are. Your opponent watches your version of the same resolved fight.

In playyour Commander opens the round in a presentation you picked.

02

Fighter skins

A new look for familiar allies.

Alternate art for the Fighters you already field is drawn in the same kinetic hand as the originals. A skin never changes combat strength, mana cost or ability text. It changes what walks onto the field wearing your name.

In playfield a trusted Fighter in a look nobody else in the lobby is running.

03

Account frame skins

Frame your pilot identity across Stellarch.

Treatments for the profile, chat, results screen and lobby carry everywhere instead of living on a single page. It is the quietest cosmetic and the one other players see most.

In playyour name arrives in a guild channel already framed the way you set it.

04

Collection log

Make collecting a journey.

A record of discoveries and milestones sits beside the cards you own, in the tradition of long form logs players return to for years. Progress you can read, not only count. It rewards the pilot who went looking.

In playopen the log after a pack and watch a line you have chased for weeks finally close.

05

Blog system

See the thinking behind the game.

A public editorial surface gives development stories, feature previews and balance reasoning a home worth reading. The people building Stellarch get a voice on the site itself.

In playread why a Commander changed before you meet it in the ladder.

Expression is the reward that never touches combat strength.

Next Phase 3, New ways to play

Phase 3

New ways to play

Flagship

Campaign and PvE

Take your team somewhere other than the ladder.

Authored encounters are built for a roster instead of an opponent. Fights ask a different question of the same Fighters, with conditions you can study and beat on purpose. It is somewhere to take a deck that is not ready for ranked, and somewhere to prove one that is. The deterministic engine runs it, so a campaign fight resolves exactly the way a real one does.

In playbring the deck you love into an encounter built to punish it, and rebuild it until it wins.

01Exploring

Daily battle puzzle

A small tactical problem worth returning for.

One battle a day follows the spirit of a daily word game: the same board for everyone, a single attempt and a shared answer by evening. Short enough for a break and specific enough to argue about afterwards. We are exploring what that daily habit should feel like here.

In playsolve the board of the day, then compare your line with the rest of the fleet.

02Exploring

Symmetric powered slots

Read the field before you commit.

Random power ups attach to specific positions and are offered to both teams alike. Symmetric by design, the board adds a decision instead of luck aimed at you. Placement becomes a read rather than a habit, and a weak Fighter in the right slot becomes a plan.

In playsee the powered slot before the draft and build your line around taking it.

03

Market renting and buying

More ways to reach your next Fighter.

Expanded access around the market includes renting a card for a run rather than owning it outright. Trying a Commander should not mean committing to it. Ownership stays yours, access gets easier.

In playrent the legendary you are missing for one push up the ladder.

04

Gladiator packs and Fighters

More to discover in the arena.

An expansion of the Gladiator line brings more Fighters to find and more reason to open what brawling earns you. Gladiators live outside ordinary editions and the line grows on its own terms. The arena stays the only place they come from.

In playopen what a brawl season earned and meet a Gladiator nobody has drafted yet.

05

Meaningful currency sinks

More purpose for what you earn.

Somewhere worthwhile to spend keeps earning interesting instead of becoming a number that only rises. The specific products are not decided here. What is decided is that a sink has to be worth choosing over simply holding.

In playfinish a season with a decision to make rather than a balance to watch.

New formats ask the same roster a different question.

Next Phase 4, Guild progression

Phase 4

Guild progression

Flagship

Guild buildings

Give your guild a lasting home.

A deeper build out of the hall your guild already keeps lets shared effort leave something standing that everyone can see. Buildings turn a season of brawls into a place rather than a record. What a guild chooses to raise becomes how it plays. The work is shared and so is the result.

In playwalk into the guild hall and read the last season in what it built.

Guild emblems already fly over bastions like this one. This chapter is about what a guild can raise underneath them.

01

Guild research

Work toward the next breakthrough together.

More to research and more that research changes turns a guild long game into a shared project with a direction. Progress belongs to the roster, not to whoever logged in most. A guild picks a lane and commits to it.

In playyour guild settles on the next line of research and everyone feels it in the next brawl.

02

Guild vault

Put a shared collection to work.

Deeper shared progression around the vault guilds already hold lets cards that sit idle back the roster instead. Lending strength to a teammate becomes an ordinary move rather than a favour. The vault stops being storage and starts being a resource.

In playpull a Commander from the vault for a brawl fray and hand it back after.

03Exploring

Trustless trading

A different kind of guarantee.

Research into a trust model that does not route through the app managed escrow used today. Exploring only, and separate from trading as it currently works. Nothing about the trades you make now depends on where this lands, and the escrow you use today stays exactly as it is either way.

In playa trade that settles on terms neither side has to take on faith.

04

Community outreach

Bring more pilots into the conversation.

A steady presence in Discord, Telegram and wider gaming communities gives new pilots context instead of a link. Growth is a conversation the team shows up for. More pilots means better queues for everyone already here.

In playmeet someone in a lobby who came in because the conversation reached them first.

One page, four directions

The roster you build today is the one that walks into all of it.

Illustrative schedule for this mockup. Not release commitments.
