A vast orbital shipyard illuminated by a distant sun

Stellarch / Economy atlas

Every reward has a route. Every route has a limit.

A game before an economy. Follow what enters, what moves and what leaves, then read the rules behind the entire system.

Get the gist Read the full whitepaper Explore the flow atlas

The quick read / About two minutes

The economy, without the detour.

Start with these five ideas. The complete whitepaper stays below, with the rules, worked examples and source notes behind every summary.

01

A game first. Ownership is separate.

Choose a Commander and up to six Fighters. Learn using the ghost draft catalog without buying. Access is not ownership: signup does not mint Fighters. Owned copies add options only where the format permits.

02

Four currencies, different boundaries.

SGC supports products and player activity. STEL supports eligible staking. KRED spending credit and SIGIL loyalty are account-bound. Product acceptance is not a cash buyback. The SIGIL shop, governance and STEL bridge remain planned, not active offers.

03

Rewards are conditional, not a paycheck.

Eligibility, winning shares, budgets and available routes determine rewards. There is no fixed paycheck. Selling or renting receives another player's funds. Spending can collect, progress or personalize; it does not guarantee resale value or future earnings.

04

Limits are not liquid reserves.

Supply caps and model allowances measure different things, not money available today. Treasury-held SGC is not burned. KRED market settlement needs existing treasury SGC; a short pool means an all-SGC fallback or refusal, never a partial mixed payment.

05

Read the uncertainty with the rules.

Implemented code is not proof of activation, funding or demand. This whitepaper does not verify live balances or availability. Alpha rules can change; tokens and items may lose all value. Controls reduce exposure, not eliminate it.

Read the system, not a promise

Sources. Transfers. True sinks.

The atlas separates issue from transfer, retention from burn, and credit from cash, and it never claims a route is available. New supply, moved balances and retired credit are different events.

01 / Sources

Eligible play

Winning shares, reward programs and their controls

Paid credit

Cash arrives on purchase, not again on spend

Existing holdings

Player funds, deposits and released principal

02 / Balances

SGC

Product spending and supported transfers

STEL

Staking and conditional successor rewards

KRED

Account-bound spending credit

SIGIL

Loyalty accrual; shop remains planned

03 / Destinations

Player or treasury

SGC moves. Product purchases retain it; sales require a counterparty.

True retirement

KRED spend removes credit. Guild founding retires SGC.

Positions and loyalty

Stake is restricted, not burned. SIGIL spending is not yet built.

Not a closed money loop

Reward issue, player transfer, SGC retention, KRED retirement and external dependencies keep the system open.

01

A strategy game before an economy

Choose a Commander. Build a team. Watch your strategy resolve. Stellarch is a collectible strategy game set in a dark space opera. Your lineup, card order, mana budget and the match rules shape the battle. The economy supports collecting and progression; it does not promise a paycheck.

Start by learning from the ghost draft catalog. Access to that pool is not ownership: signup does not mint Fighters. Owned copies can add collection options in supported formats, subject to the format's rules.

Edition or scope Unique designs Contents
Genesis pack pool 226 197 battle-unit designs plus 29 Commander designs
Genesis Cache pool 80 A separate reward roster, promo-free
Combined non-promo Genesis and reward designs 306 277 battle-unit designs plus 29 Commanders
Outside these edition counts 5 promos; 32 Gladiators Never silently added to the combined headline

A source-catalog count, not live minted inventory. Eight affinities, fifteen races, sixty-six abilities and eighty-five rulesets are design and catalog counts, not financial metrics.

How a team and a battle resolve

A team has one Commander and up to six Fighters. Commanders shape team legality and can grant team bonuses. Fighters occupy ordered combat positions. The battle engine uses a seeded random sequence: the same complete battle inputs replay the same result. This is deterministic game simulation, not a claim that all game processing runs on a blockchain.

Ghost access is not ownership

Do not confuse an available draft card with an owned instance. Ordinary standard, unranked and custom drafts can union your battle-usable owned extras onto the ghost floor; specialized formats have separate eligibility. The First Pilot promo is an explicit eligible claim, not a universal signup mint.

02

Four currencies, four purposes

Four currencies do four jobs. SGC spends on products and player activity, STEL is the stake, KRED is purchased spending credit, and SIGIL is earned loyalty. Their boundaries are different, and none is a promise of cash.

SGC STEL KRED SIGIL
Currency What it does Boundary
SGC Spend on Stellarch products and supported player-market activity. The product-acceptance commitment is 1,000 SGC for $1 of Stellarch products. It is not cash redemption, a guaranteed exchange price or unlimited liquidity. Reward, transfer and withdrawal routes have separate conditions.
STEL Stake for eligible rewards and take part in the economy's later reward phase. Staking exists in code. Governance is an intended future role, not a current voting process. STEL has no promised dollar price. Locked grants, staked principal and liquid wallet balances are different.
KRED Fund purchases with account-bound spending credit. Purchased KRED is the paid onramp. KRED cannot be sold, transferred or cashed out. The implemented, gated market path retires the buyer's KRED and pays the seller existing treasury SGC. Bonus credit and trade-in credit are not cash sales.
SIGIL Earn account-bound loyalty through eligible staking and achievements. The spending catalog is planned. SIGIL does not buy Fighters and does not convert into SGC or STEL. There is no supported claim of an open SIGIL shop.

The wallet also tracks item-count tokens for packs, boosters and Caches. Four currencies does not mean the wallet has only four identifiers. Merit, Crown and Scrolls are separate game and guild progression balances, not a fifth named currency.

Product value, not a cash promise

The commitment is 1,000 SGC for $1 of Stellarch products, a $0.001 product-redemption rate. It is not cash redemption, a reserve-backing claim, a guaranteed exchange price or an obligation to buy back any amount. Demand can be insufficient and the market price can fall below the product rate.

Two separate rates

The $0.01 STEL figure is an internal reference assumption only, not a peg or forecast. The 1,000 SGC per HIVE deposit rate is a separate, collateralised conversion and does not equate HIVE with $1.

03

What you can earn, and what is funding

Rewards depend on the mode, your eligibility and the mechanism's availability. A win is not a fixed wage. Selling or renting an owned Fighter receives another player's funds; it does not create new currency.

Route What it can deliver When or important limit
Legacy ranked wins SGC, or resolved successor token Base 10 plus a separate overlevel leg; 500 caps only that leg. Instant only in legacy mode, not additional to a share-pool payout
Day-end ranked pool SGC, later STEL Eligible winning shares; settlement, then claim when claim mode is enabled
Staking STEL plus SIGIL Daily pools of 10,000 STEL and up to 1,000 SIGIL; pro rata, APR-constrained; claim or restake
Regular tournaments Prize-map assets Modelled at 10,000 SGC per day against a 100,000 shared daily budget; a STEL budget of zero means unlimited. House prizes and player-funded money are distinct
Season-end tournaments Family pool 30,000 / 32,500 / 35,000 / 40,000 by family per season; modelled at 2 seasons per month, not a daily salary
Battle pass Manifest assets, Cache and locked STEL, premium SGC where the manifest specifies Track claims; STEL locked for 365 days; the premium SGC faucet is not omitted
Void Chests Currency, packs, Cache, boosters and items Expected 1.51 to 20.31 SGC per chest by tier; an expectation, not a guaranteed payout; the currency leg has the same STEL successor
Achievements SIGIL, Cache, Gladius and boosters 5,483 SIGIL across 90 paying stages; one-time eligible milestone grants
Referrals and rallies KRED, STEL or items Revshare of 5% and event prize maps behind a gate, not automatic universal earnings
Presale, GO loyalty, Charter, alpha release Entitlement-specific bundles Campaign windows and claim eligibility; the alpha liability has not been measured here
Pack codes The valid code's pack quantity Redemption, not a free universal pack
Sales and rentals Existing SGC or supported seller settlement A real offer and counterparty are required; gates apply
Administrative locked grant Locked STEL An admin-only action, not a public reward route

Administrative locked STEL grants are an admin-only unbudgeted route, not a player-triggerable reward.

A native HIVE deposit creates SGC at the configured rate. Buying KRED purchases spending credit. Trading in a Fighter can grant inventory-backed KRED where enabled. None of these is gameplay income.

Funding route Basis Availability
Native HIVE deposit 1 HIVE credits 1,000 SGC; collateralised issuance, not a dollar conversion Deposit route
KRED purchase 1,000 KRED per USD; purchased credit Paid onramp gate
Fighter trade-in Inventory-backed KRED, not cash revenue Trade-in gate
Default amounts and sources

The legacy base is 10 SGC and the overlevel leg is capped at 500 SGC; the cap applies only to that leg, not to the whole win. A regular tournament scenario models 10,000 SGC per day against a 100,000 shared daily budget. HIVE conversion defaults to 1,000 SGC per HIVE, which does not say one HIVE equals a dollar.

04

Packs, rewards and ownership are different things

A Genesis pack opens into five cards. A Genesis Cache opens into one Fighter from a separate reward roster. Gladius belongs to guild progression. These are different items, with different transfer rules and limits.

Item Contents or role Transfer and scarcity boundary
Genesis pack Five cards from the normal catalog, including Commanders; the normal configuration guarantees a rare-or-better slot A delivered-pack cap applies across channels when enabled; pack transfers use separate rails
Genesis Cache One Fighter from the reward roster An unopened Cache is soulbound; the resulting eligible Fighter is tradeable; the allowance is Cache-channel only
Gladius pack Soulbound Gladiator progression A Merit-priced purchase with separate limits; the pack and the Gladiators stay soulbound
Legendary Shard A pack-opening legendary-odds booster charge Not a crafting ingredient
Mythic Potion A pack-opening foil booster charge Not a combat potion and not a cash-value guarantee

Combine compatible copies to develop an owned Fighter. BCX tracks combined copies. Rating measures ladder performance; Collection Power measures owned-instance power. Neither is the same as wallet value. A maxed full set is not a prerequisite for playing.

Defaults, not live probabilities. Guarantee-slot values are weights, not probabilities summing exactly to one hundred. Up to five charges of each booster can be consumed per Genesis pack. A shard does not promise a Legendary.

Rarity Normal-slot weight Guarantee-slot weight Cache weight
Common 80.6 None 50
Rare 16 82.47 33
Epic 3 15.46 14
Legendary 0.4 2.06 3

Default regular-foil maximums. Gold and mythic foil use their own ladder; do not apply this table to every foil. Family caps and rulesets can limit the fielded level.

Rarity Maximum level BCX
Common 10 300
Rare 8 115
Epic 6 46
Legendary 4 11
An optional supply study

About 11,721 expected packs is supply arithmetic for a complete regular champion-max set, whereas the historical solo no-trading estimate is 20,647. These are neither a shopping recommendation nor a completion guarantee nor a required cost to compete.

05

Spending and player markets

Spend to collect, progress or personalize. A shop purchase, a rental and a guild contribution have different destinations. Only a true sink retires a balance. The prices below are configured prices, not a live quote.

List an eligible owned Fighter, buy a listing, or place a standing bid with an expiry. A matching bid fills at the listing price, not necessarily the bid ceiling. Supported KRED bids and purchases use the separate settlement gate. Renting buys temporary use. Delegation lends use without transferring ownership; a borrower cannot resell or redelegate the borrowed instance. Separate switches govern sale, rental, delegation, trade and bid activity.

Product or action Default amount or pricing rule Destination or caveat
Genesis pack 1,000 SGC or 1,000 KRED A configured price, not a live quote
Legendary Shard charge 20 SGC or 20 KRED An opening booster
Mythic Potion charge 25 SGC or 25 KRED A foil booster
Premium battle pass 10,000 SGC or 10,000 KRED Manifest-driven progression
Fighter listing The actual listing price; a fee of 500 basis points (5%) The fee is collected once a proceeds account is configured, subject to route and proceeds settings
Rental The offer amount and duration Moves existing SGC; it does not burn it
Guild founding 100,000 SGC A hard sink in the current implementation
Tournament entry The tournament-specific fee SGC is held or transferred; KRED is retired
Guild upgrade The building-specific cost A soft guild-bank transfer
Charter pledge The selected bundle amount Credit retired

06

Follow the sources, transfers and exits

A source creates new supply. A transfer moves an existing balance. A true sink retires one. The game is not a closed autonomous system: product demand, operator action and chain infrastructure matter.

Native HIVE issuance sits outside the reward-print accounting, and ordinary transfers are zero because they are transfers. Administrative credit and repayment paths are distinguished, and scope exclusions are preserved.

Flow Classification
Native HIVE into new SGC Collateralised issuance outside reward-print accounting
Eligible rewards into SGC or STEL New reward supply, subject to the lane's own controls
Hive Engine token deposit Representation movement, not a second economic mint
Player sale, rental or wallet send Existing balances moved
SGC product purchase The treasury receives existing SGC; soft absorption, not a burn
KRED product or market spend Account-bound credit retired
Guild founding An SGC hard sink
Guild donations and upgrades Existing value moved into guild accounting
Stake or unstake Wallet and position movement, not a burn
Pack open or booster use An item is consumed; a distinct Fighter issuance may result
Planned SIGIL purchase Loyalty retirement, with no current shop claim
Planned STEL bridge STEL burn, existing reserve SGC payout, never new SGC
Withdrawal and failed-withdrawal refund External rail and compensating movement, not new earnings

07

Your first week and daily rewards

Learn first. Qualify through play. The day-end pool is designed around eligible activity and winning shares, not a promised amount per account.

No Fighter cards are minted at signup. The ghost catalog enables learning and drafting. Starter SGC is set to 0. Energy is an allowance of 20 per day, cost 1 per match, capacity 100; it does not promise wins or a purchase budget.

The daily family purse is the capped, weekly-adjusted value of base plus rate times qualified accounts. Eligible winning shares divide the payable purse. The rate sizes the pool; it is not your individual reward.

Family Base SGC SGC per qualified account per day Daily pool cap SGC Purse payout cap SGC per qualified account
Bronze 0 100 115,000 600
Silver 0 105 120,750 630
Gold 0 110 126,500 660
Champion 0 115 132,250 690
Gate Designed requirement
Account age At least 7 days
Family activity At least 5 energy-charged rated matches that UTC day
Family rating At least 300, sampled at settlement
Enforcement No active enforcement restriction; activation holds excluded

Charged losses can qualify an account but do not earn winning shares. Population assignment picks the family with the most charged matches, breaking ties toward the higher family; that sizes pools, and payout in another family still requires eligibility there. House AI seats are not players in the count. Zero eligible shares means no payout, and a resolver failure holds the day rather than falling back to a raw account count.

Each cap is designed to bind at 1,150 of that family's own qualified accounts, not 1,150 total users. The payout cap bounds the whole family purse for that day at 6 times the family rate for every qualified account; it never bounds what a single account can receive. Shares divide the purse pro rata, so a day with few winners pays those winners more. Withheld value is not minted and not carried.

The caps add up to 494,500 SGC, beneath the 775,000 SGC daily backstop.

The weekly pool guard is plus or minus 20% against settled reference history, with cold-start and zero-reference exceptions. It does not cap each player's payout change. Four families each have five rating tiers. Collection Power gates family entry only.

When claim mode is enabled, settlement records an amount and token for eligible players to claim on Play; an unclaimed award can re-pool into that family's next-day pool. That carry is previously priced value, not the same as withheld value. The alternate configuration credits at settlement directly. No claim balance or action belongs on this public page.

Assumed total qualified accounts Ranked SGC per day
100 10,350
1,000 103,500
10,000 419,750
100,000 494,500

Scenario only, at an assumed 55/25/15/5 family split. These are not observed active-user counts or average personal rewards.

A later ownership transition is founder-controlled, not an automatic countdown. Partially leveled owned cards can carry a lower play reward weight than an alpha ghost, and ghosts never contribute an overlevel leg, so buying a card does not always increase rewards.

Worked example

Default curve

A pool rate is not your payout

Assumptions: base zero, the family rate, the daily pool cap and the per-qualified allowance. Your winning shares cannot exceed the total winning shares.

Your payout 100 SGC 10,000 SGC purse, 10 of 1,000 winning shares

This example excludes the weekly clamp, carry, the STEL successor, ops headroom and the daily backstop. It is a source-bound illustration, not a forecast or a claim.

08

Staking without a promised return

Staking sets STEL aside under position rules. Eligible positions accrue from configured STEL and SIGIL pools. The APR setting is a ceiling, not a promised return.

Staking is built behind its own gate. Daily pools are 10,000 STEL and up to 1,000 SIGIL. The APR cap is 50%, unstaking takes 13 weeks and restaking has a 5% bonus.

Staked and locked principal are not burned. Accrual, claim, restake and release are different events. STEL decay is implemented behind its own switch, and the proposed larger staking allocation must not be confused with today's configured pool. The same account can hold liquid, pending, staked and locked amounts.

Governance is a future role, not an available proposal or voting system. No quorum, voting timetable or execution mechanism is promised here.

09

Supply, allocations and phased rewards

Different limits answer different questions. The SGC reward cap does not count every source of SGC. STEL program shares are proposed emission budgets, not preminted allocations to investors. A pack cap is not a cap on every reward item.

Sized over 730 days at 1,000 qualified accounts, with the entry gate off. It excludes native-HIVE collateralised issuance and is not a maximum total SGC supply or liability.

Figure Amount Meaning
Selected SGC reward-cap default 72,858,120 The current committed setting, deliberately below the modelled allowance; activation and reconciliation are unverified
Model allowance over 730 days at 1,000 qualified accounts 106,839,620 A scenario total, not the configured cap and not circulating supply
STEL ceiling default 3,000,000,000 A ceiling and decay denominator; enforcement scope and exceptions are documented
Genesis delivered-pack cap default 1,000,000 All delivery channels, bonuses included; promised packs reserve headroom when the feature is active

A frozen model scenario, not a configured cap and not circulating supply. Native HIVE issuance is excluded and ordinary transfers are zero. The selected-cap runway is 497.8 days on the amortised modelled total, or 147.3 days with all ranked caps paid daily; do not mix these with the 736.90-day full-model scenario or imply a release date.

Reward allocation SGC
Ranked 75,555,000
Season-end tournaments 6,600,000
Regular tournaments 7,300,000
Void Chest currency 6,784,620
Premium battle-pass SGC 9,600,000
Estimated ops headroom, not reserved or preminted 1,000,000
Starter, unpaired admin and other modelled zero rows 0

When the armed SGC reward cap latches, ranked and the Void Chest currency leg resolve to STEL at the configured conversion rate and decay. The modelled regular and season-end SGC award programs have no STEL successor. Already committed claims retain their documented treatment. At STEL exhaustion there is no third token; affected lanes can pay zero.

The conversion default is 0.75 STEL per SGC-equivalent unit, multiplied by the STEL decay factor. This is a conversion parameter, not a STEL dollar price. A separate daily ranked STEL budget exists; its default of zero disables that daily ceiling, while a supply cap of zero means zero headroom. The supply latch is durable; deliberately disabling cap enforcement is an operator rollback, not a supply burn.

The configured STEL supply ceiling is 3,000,000,000; enforcement scope and exceptions are documented. Day-one daily allocations are shown, not lifetime totals. Unused budgets are never minted. No team or investor allocation split is set here.

Runway, draw and ceiling

The full SGC reward cap triggers at a modelled 736.90 days at target. The model draw is 144,986 SGC per day against an expected configured ceiling of 940,302, not a hard maximum. Chest tails and backlogs remain outside that average; collateralised deposits remain outside the reward cap.

10

STEL emission model

The model's ceiling falls as STEL is minted. Unused allocation is not a promise to create tokens. The starting rate is 1,892,536 STEL per day at the model's starting point, at most.

The proposed program shares are emission budgets, not preminted allocations. No team or investor lifetime ownership split is set here.

Program Share Day-one STEL per day Documented vesting
Staking 40% 757,014 Liquid at claim; position rules apply; includes the bonus budget
Tournaments 15% 283,880 Liquid at claim
Battle pass 10% 189,253 365-day grant lock
Ranked after the SGC cap 20% 378,507 Payout and claim phase rules apply
Treasury 10% 189,253 Proposed 365-day founder-controlled lock

4 1,805,678,488 309,240,189 0.398
5 2,051,316,702 245,638,214 0.316

7 2,401,421,306 154,987,235 0.200
8 2,524,532,042 123,110,736 0.158
9 2,622,322,376 97,790,334 0.126
10 2,700,000,000 77,677,624 0.100
The decay formula and exceptions

Decay is designed to scale STEL emission by 1 minus the minted supply divided by 3,000,000,000, with admin-locked grants and SIGIL exempt. The full-use continuous ceiling is M(t) = 3,000,000,000 x (1 - 10^(-t/10)), with time in years from the decay epoch, not publication. Allocations are ceilings; unused allocations are never minted.

Utilisation and rounding

At a constant 80% use, year-ten cumulative reaches 2,524,532,042 rather than 2,700,000,000. The day-one allocation sum times 365 is 690,775,640; the continuous annual rate is 690,775,528 due to daily rounding. Neither is a live emission measurement.

11

Print limits without false scarcity

The Genesis cap counts delivered packs, including bonus and promised allocations. Cache limits count prints through the Cache channel. A Fighter rotated out of that channel is not necessarily permanently out of print.

Rotation is roster maintenance, not automatic perpetual rarity. Former Cache cards can return to Genesis, and incoming cards can already have printed supply. The same allowance counts plain and mythic copies. Exhausted picks redraw within rarity first, then the eligible pool; total exhaustion refuses the open rather than conjuring supply.

Rarity Genesis uniques Cache uniques Cache allowance per Fighter Expected binding opens
Common 68 17 6,000 204,000
Rare 80 22 3,000 200,000
Epic 39 20 1,400 200,000
Legendary 39 21 300 210,000
Bulk bonus tiers

Default bonus tiers add ⁣tier_100⁣% at 100 packs, ⁣tier_500⁣% at 500 and ⁣tier_1000⁣% at 1,000. Bonus deliveries share the cap. At the hypothetical all-top-tier run, about 769,231 paid packs exhaust one million deliveries; this is a worst-case revenue haircut, not observed sales.

12

Treasury settlement and the separate bridge

A KRED-funded card sale does not mint SGC. The buyer's credit is retired and the seller is paid from existing treasury liquidity.

At the configured fee, a buyer pays 10,000 KRED, the treasury pays the seller 9,500 SGC, and new SGC minted is 0.

If the pool cannot fund the sale, the full SGC price can be taken instead when the buyer is fully funded in SGC. Otherwise the purchase is refused without a partial KRED debit. There is no mixed-payment fallback. Cash arrives when KRED is purchased, not again when it is spent. Purchased, bonus and inventory-backed KRED have different funding histories.

A published market promise does not create settlement float. An unfunded KRED-only buyer is refused.

Liquidity parameter Designed model, not a live balance
Launch baseline 0 SGC; not a live bank measurement
Settlement target 300,000 SGC, based on 30 days of 10,000 gross per day; about 31.6 days of net seller payouts
Buyback ceiling $70 per seven-day period
Launch prerequisite Prefund at least 9,500 SGC or provide just-in-time liquidity
While serving target demand 70,000 SGC in and 66,500 out per week; 3,500 net; 85.7 weeks to target

Separate bridge, separate reserve

A future one-way bridge would burn STEL and pay existing SGC from a separate reserve. It is not an available cash-out promise.

A 1,000 STEL burn at the internal $0.01 reference would pay 9,500 SGC after a 5% haircut. The bridge has its own 300,000 SGC float and a 5% daily drain policy, an effective 15,000 SGC per day at that float. The account ceiling of 10,000 per day and the global ceiling of 500,000 per day are not available daily budgets.

Opening requires the end of SGC reward issuance, funded separate liquidity, per-account and global controls, and a manipulation-resistant oracle. Freshness, depth, deviation, executable volume and a circuit breaker all need concrete thresholds, which are not set here. The STEL reserve allocation is not SGC liquidity.

13

SIGIL roadmap, not a store

SIGIL records loyalty today; its spending catalog remains planned. Planned consumables can affect pack odds or match volume, so they have limits. No item here is currently offered by this whitepaper.

A catalog is a spending opportunity, not proof of absorption. One-off cosmetics total 3,750 SIGIL and then saturate. SIGIL has no supply cap in the SGC and STEL cap system, which is why calling loyalty balances sustainably burned would be unsupported. Energy can change qualification or family assignment; booster effects are bounded, not nonexistent.

Proposed item SIGIL price Proposed limit
Cosmetic title 500 One-off
Avatar frame 750 One-off
Nameplate 1,000 One-off
Banner 1,500 One-off
Legendary Shard charge 150 +50% repeat price within a season; maximum 10
Mythic Potion charge 300 +50% repeat price within a season; maximum 10
Energy refill, plus 10 energy 100 Maximum 2 per day and 20 per season
Rotating limited drop 5,000 100 copies; cadence unset

14

Transparency and what the figures do not show

Allocated is not minted. Minted is not liquid. A liquid balance is not proof that an outside market can buy it.

This whitepaper uses committed rules and labelled model scenarios. Live balances, circulating supply, treasury liquidity and alpha-earnings liabilities have not been measured here. Unmeasured does not mean zero.

No exchange listing, contract address, circulating market cap, reserve proof, security-audit seal or buyback transaction can be invented from these sources. This page cannot tell you how much you could sell on an outside market.

State Meaning
Allocated program budget Budget a program may issue, not a minted balance.
Gross minted Created supply includes locked principal and pending accrual when minted. Count once, not again at claim.
Locked or staked Existing STEL unavailable for liquid spending, not burned. Unstaking releases on schedule.
Liquid wallet balance Available in the ledger, not proof of external circulation or exchange liquidity.
Treasury SGC Retained product proceeds available for future settlement, not destroyed.
Escrow and holds Temporary movement of existing funds, not issuance.
KRED and SIGIL retirement Permanent retirement of in-game credit, not a tradeable-token export.
Hive Engine representation movement Representation movement, not destruction. Native-HIVE SGC issuance is a different path.
Planned bridge STEL burn Planned permanent burn, paid in existing SGC, never new SGC. A claim or reservation is counted once, not again at claim.

15

Roadmap and implementation status

Dependency lanes, not invented quarterly promises. Foundational dates are design decisions, not release or activation dates; later model and seed changes exist.

Risks and security

Play for the battle, not a promised return. Product demand can disappoint, treasury liquidity can run short, and planned features can change. Controls reduce exposure; they do not remove it.

Risk What can go wrong Control and remaining limitation
Product acceptance versus market price SGC may trade below its product rate; demand can be insufficient A fixed product-acceptance promise; it is not cash redemption; the shop must actually be open with proceeds configured
Operator and treasury Finite settlement liquidity and slow replenishment Separate cash and token ledgers, bounded buybacks and a prefunding or just-in-time prerequisite; modelled cash balances are assumptions, not a reserve guarantee
Emission and absorption Modelled SGC spend covers only 0.34 of modelled daily issuance at target The reward cap and adjustable pool rates; a conditional subsidy, not a self-funding certification
STEL value and liquidity The internal reference price is not a quote; the full schedule and real demand differ A declining allocation ceiling and planned caps; no guaranteed STEL price or return; the model verdict is mixed
Abuse Extra qualified accounts increase below-cap emission; a champion farm margin can be positive; a uniform AI factor cancels out Age, energy, rating and enforcement gates, the payout cap and monitoring; an accepted subsidy, not a bot-proof certification
Execution Code, flags, funding, prerequisites and deployment can disagree Per-mechanism availability labels; only an actual activation makes a route live
Technology Chain, node or key failures and future oracle manipulation can interrupt or lose access Node-health handling in the product and bridge freshness, depth, deviation, executable-volume and breaker prerequisites; no claim that external risks disappear
Credit KRED is non-transferable; bonus and trade-in credit do not create cash A purchasing-power rationale, separate liability accounting and a trade-in retune; consumer rights still apply
Scarcity The Cache-channel limit is not lifetime supply The channel is labelled explicitly; prior supply and extra allowance are shown only when measured; rotation is never called permanent rarity
Loyalty SIGIL balances can grow if players do not buy, even with a catalog A priced, capped catalog is planned; repeat demand and cadence must be measured, not assumed
Reward transition The SGC-to-STEL change alters the token and economic exposure; it is not value-neutral The switch and terminal policy are published; the reference value is not neutral and the token price is uncertain
Legal Utility labelling does not establish a legal classification or regulatory approval A separate legal document; no compliance badge is claimed

Inspected controls include ledger idempotency and duplicate-transfer handling, withdrawal token, account and recipient checks with an idempotent debit, and a transactional treasury-debit-before-seller-credit structure. Node-health failover and irreversible-block deposit handling are documented. These are design controls, not a completed penetration test or an independent audit.

This whitepaper explains game mechanics and labelled economic designs. It is not financial advice, an earnings forecast or a promise of return. Tokens and digital items may lose all value and may not be liquid. KRED and SIGIL cannot be cashed out. Stellarch is in alpha; mechanics, rates and availability can change. The Terms and Privacy Policy are separate documents. No regulatory approval or legal-sufficiency certification is claimed.

Full glossary

Plain-language definitions. Governance is planned; the conditional successor is implemented; the two are not conflated.

SIGIL
The soulbound loyalty balance.
Fighter and Commander
A battling card and the team-leading card that shapes team legality.
Genesis pack

A one-Fighter reward item; the unopened item is soulbound.
Gladius and Merit
A soulbound guild pack and a separate guild and brawl progression balance, not a wallet token here.

Player questions, with corrected answers. Each opens on its own.

Can I play without buying Fighters?

Ghost access supports learning and drafting. It does not mint cards or grant ownership.

Do I earn immediately?

Not guaranteed. The mode, the gates, your qualification and the claim configuration determine timing.

Does more activity shrink rewards?

Below the cap, eligible activity grows the purse; above the cap, comparable shares dilute. Your actual share weight still matters.

Is 1,000 SGC the same as a dollar in my bank?

No. It is a product-acceptance commitment, not cash redemption or an exchange-price guarantee.

Is STEL worth one cent?

No. One cent is an internal model reference, not a price.

Why buy non-transferable KRED?

It funds supported purchases. The seller-side settlement pays existing SGC and never transfers KRED.

What if the card-market treasury is empty?

A fully funded all-SGC fallback, otherwise a refusal with no KRED debit. There is no mixed partial fallback.

What can SIGIL buy now?

Nothing yet. The catalog is planned and will never sell Fighters, SGC or STEL.

Is a capped Cache Fighter permanently out of print?

No. The limit covers the Cache channel; rotation can return it to Genesis.

What happens at the SGC reward cap?

Ranked and Void Chest currency switch to STEL; the modelled tournament SGC awards have no successor, and materialised claims are honoured. Native HIVE issuance remains outside the reward cap.

Does the million-pack cap count only paid packs?

No. It counts packs delivered across all channels, including bonus and promised allocations.

Can I run my own bot?

No. User automation is prohibited; the house AI Trainer is the only allowed non-human opponent.

Does publishing this page activate anything?

No. Each mechanism shows whether it is live, built but switched off, or planned.

Play for the battle.

This is an economy explainer, not financial advice or an earnings forecast. Read the uncertainty with the rules.

This page explains Stellarch's economy and its designed plans. It is information, not financial or investment advice, an earnings forecast or a promise of return. Product acceptance of SGC is not a cash buyback or a fixed external-market price. Tokens and digital items can lose some or all of their value and may not be liquid or transferable.

KRED and SIGIL are non-transferable in-game balances and cannot be cashed out. Stellarch is in alpha. Mechanics, availability and rates can change; the availability labels and the decision history tell plans apart from what runs today.

The separate token legal document is outside this page's scope. The existing Terms are not presented as a token whitepaper or certified sufficient for that requirement. No regulatory approval is claimed.

Non-transferable credit does not remove applicable consumer refund or withdrawal rights.

Evidence key

Implemented code is behavior in this checkout, not proof of deployment.

A default is a committed setting, never a claim of the current live value.

A model is a labelled scenario, not an observed balance, supply or player count.

Planned is a documented future mechanism with no supported claim that it is available.

Unverified means deployment, live supply, balances and funding were not checked here; unmeasured is not zero.
