Built to Last

Stellarch has never taken outside money. Every card, every mechanic, every line of the combat engine was designed, built, and funded by one person. The goal was simple: ship a TCG that is completely deterministic, replayable, and backed by Hive, so players truly own their collections. That game now exists, in closed alpha, at the point where it is ready to open to the world.

The Charter is how the community joins that final sprint. Every dollar pledged earns one Genesis pack, at the same rate as the shop. The tier bonus, applied once at campaign close on your full cumulative total, is the real backer edge: the earliest pilots receive NFTs that will never be sold again.

Stellarch has never taken outside money. Every card, every mechanic, and every line of the engine came out of my own pocket: a middle four-figure sum, and a game built solo from scratch in under two months because I am convinced it is worth finishing. The build that money paid for is done. The engine runs, the cards are painted, the game is live and playable. You are backing something finished, not a promise.

A finished game and a found game are two different things. The work left is discovery: getting Stellarch in front of the players who would want it. Rather than let one person's budget set that pace, the Charter opens the final stretch to the community. You are not covering a shortfall. You are choosing to accelerate something that is already in motion.

Charter capital goes to three levers, and only three. First, AI compute, to keep building and balancing at speed. Second, listings across the directories where players go looking for their next game. Third, link-building and SEO, so people can find Stellarch without me paying a platform a toll for every visitor. Fair, not free: you see exactly where every pledge lands, and that openness is the point.

What is the Stellarch Charter?
The Charter is a community crowdfunding campaign that lets pilots join the final sprint to launch. Stellarch was designed, built, and funded by its founder without outside investment. Backing the Charter powers development speed through launch, and rewards Charter Members with exclusive cosmetics, packs, and a promo Fighter that will never be available again after the campaign closes.
When do I get my rewards?
The Charter stays open through closed alpha and closes at full launch (founder-triggered, no fixed date). Rewards are delivered at full launch, not during alpha. You claim them on your Stellarch account's claim page, and you claim again after release to pick up anything a later top-up unlocked. Everything is tied to your account.
Do I need a Stellarch account?
Yes. Pledges are paid with KRED from your Stellarch account balance, so a game account is required to back the Charter. You buy KRED in your wallet, then pledge with it. No card, HIVE, or wallet is needed for the pledge itself, only KRED on your account.
Do top-ups stack?
Yes. Your tier is based on your cumulative total on your account. A $10 pledge today and a $990 pledge later reach the $1,000 Starforger or Alchemist tier. Limited specials are reserved by a single payment at or above the special price, and that payment counts into your cumulative total.
Is this a token sale?
No. You are buying Genesis packs, cosmetics, and a promo Fighter. Upper tiers include STEL, the Stellarch governance token, locked for 12 months and stated plainly in each tier. This is a game campaign, not a financial instrument.
What happens on a chargeback?
You buy KRED with real money, then pledge with it, so a chargeback is on that KRED purchase. Rewards tied to the reversed funds are revoked, and any limited special slot they reserved is released back to the pool. Repeated chargebacks may result in account suspension. We keep records of all pledge activity.
