Patch 0.19.1: The Lab Bench

The Battle Lab now hands you the real draft picker, plus a steadier pledge panel and a pair of Lab fixes.

This one is about the Battle Lab. When you re-run a match to theory-craft a new team, you now get the exact ranked draft picker instead of a stripped-down copy, so every filter, sort, and card you already know is right there. A couple of Lab bugs got swept up on the way, and the Back the Charter panel stops jumping while it loads.

Improved

The Battle Lab, Rebuilt on the Real Picker

The Battle Lab is where you re-run a finished match against the same locked opponent with a different team, purely to test ideas. It used to run a hand-copied, cut-down version of the draft screen that drifted out of sync with the real one. Now it IS the ranked draft picker: the same full-screen theater, the same filter and sort rail, the same card art and hover details. The locked opponent lineup you are building against is back as a collapsible in-page roster so you can check who you are up against without leaving the bench. Anything that improves the ranked picker now improves the Lab automatically.

A Steadier Charter Pledge Panel

The Back the Charter pledge window has a left rail that walks you through your pledge (now, this pledge, at close). While it worked out your reward bundle, that rail used to show a plain "calculating" note and then visibly jump as the real rows dropped in. It now shows a quiet placeholder that holds the exact final height from the first frame, so the panel stays put while it loads.

Fixed

Open in Lab Is Back on Match History

The Open in Lab shortcut had quietly vanished from the match rows on your play history when that list was rebuilt. It is back on every completed match, so you can jump straight from a result into the Lab to try a different team against that same opponent.

Guild-Brawl Matchups Open in the Lab Again

Opening a guild-brawl matchup in the Battle Lab used to bounce you back with an affinity error, because brawl matches carry no affinity restriction and the check read that as "no affinity allowed" instead of "any affinity allowed." Brawl matchups now open in the Lab like any other match.

The Lab and the ranked picker now share the same bones, so improvements to one land in both from here on. Thanks for playing the alpha and sending us your replays.
