Patch 0.14.0: Command Deck

One bridge for every way to play, and the Vault opens for packs.

The new /play command deck pulls Ranked and Custom Games onto a single bridge, with a live versus slate the moment you queue. Packs get the full Vault treatment with a star-chart opening, the replay view now reads like a broadcast frame, and a big pass on speed and stability keeps the game steady with thousands of players online at once.

New

The /play Screen Becomes a Command Deck

Playing now starts from one bridge. The /play command deck puts Ranked and Custom Games behind station tabs, so you pick how you want to play and go, all from the same screen. The moment you queue, the panel becomes a live versus slate with both sides' banners while it searches, and the station tabs lock so you stay committed to the queue. A match banner rides with you across every open tab so you always have a clear way back into a live game.

Custom Games With Shareable Invites

Custom Games get a proper lobby. Set the ruleset and the mana cap, see each rule's icon with a popover that explains what it does, and send a single shareable invite link. Your opponent opens the link, confirms, and you are both dropped into the draft. It is the fastest way to set up a match against a friend on exactly the rules you want.

Packs Get the Vault Treatment

The Packs page is rebuilt into the Vault, an orbit carousel that lets you spin through the packs on offer with each one's art and contents front and center. Opening a pack is now a star-chart ceremony instead of an instant list, so the reveal has some weight to it. Your potion toggles now save per account and come back the way you left them.

Improved

The Replay View Reads Like a Broadcast

The in-match replay HUD is redesigned to read like a broadcast frame. Both teams' panels sit clean around the arena, the readouts are tighter, and the whole thing holds together far better on a phone, with the duel rows given room to breathe and the commander panel sized to the viewport. Watching a battle back finally looks the part.

Buying KRED, Method First

Buying KRED now asks how you want to pay first, then shows you the exact crypto amount before you commit, so there are no surprises at the last step. The dark wallet surfaces around it got cleaned up in the same pass.

Mobile Polish Across the Board

A wide sweep of small-screen fixes. The replay duel rows sit clear of each other, the draft "Team Locked In" waiting screen is actually usable on a phone, the searching panel centers itself, and the buff glows on protected Fighters stay contained to their cards instead of bleeding across the board. The whole play surface got another QA pass on mobile.

Faster and Steadier Under Load

A large behind-the-scenes pass on performance and stability, aimed squarely at the game holding up with thousands of players online at once. Pages on the busiest paths load quicker, matchmaking and replays stay responsive under pressure, and the whole app is hardened to keep matches smooth when a lot is happening at the same time.

Fixed

The Gladius Pack

The Gladius pack now shows its own Gladiator art in the shop and the checkout modal instead of the Genesis pack art, and it reads correctly as a straight buy with no daily purchase cap.

This is the loop coming together, the place you play from is finally one screen. Thanks for playing the alpha and keep sending us your replays.
