Patch 0.40.14: Only What You Can Field

Last patch we started greying out Fighters you cannot pick, so your collection stopped looking full of holes. Now you can go one step further. A new toggle in the picker filters, remembered between matches, hides the Fighters that can never be fielded this match at all: wrong affinity, over the mana cap, ruleset-banned, off your commander's affinity, or blocked by rarity, edition, or foil rules. The only tiles it keeps greyed are the ones you cannot afford with your remaining mana right now, since those free up again the moment you drop a pick. Leave it off and nothing changes.

Point-Blank Protocol buffs ranged Fighters fighting up close, so it does nothing in a match that has no ranged Fighters to begin with. It could still get rolled alongside rulesets that strip every ranged Fighter out of the draft: magic-only, melee-only, and no-ranged boards. Now it is blocked from those combinations, so a ruleset that cannot help never lands on your board. Ranged-only boards, where it still matters, are unchanged, and completed matches replay exactly as before.
