Patch 0.31.0: The Pilot's Oath

You get sworn in, you can bring others with you, and the roster finally answers to real names.

Three things change the moment you log in this patch. New pilots are sworn into the alpha through a rebuilt, full-screen induction we call The Pilot's Oath. You can now recruit other pilots and earn a lasting cut of everything they spend. And the legendary Fighters and commanders you have been fielding by description finally answer to real names.

There is sound now too. The alpha has been quiet until this point, and this patch turns it on with a freshly recut set of interface and combat cues.

The Pilot's Oath: a rebuilt way into the alpha

Joining the closed alpha is now a single, focused, full-screen induction instead of a scattered set of steps. You connect your login, confirm your pilot identity, and get sworn in, all on one clean screen built for the moment. If you do not have a Hive wallet yet, you can create one inline without ever leaving the flow.

Recruit a pilot, earn 5% of their spend, for as long as they fly

You can now bring other pilots into Stellarch and earn a lasting reward for it. Share your referral link, and once someone you recruited joins and starts spending, you earn 5% of everything they ever pay, from KRED to a Charter pledge, paid to you as KRED store credit, for as long as they play. It even counts from the first click, before they sign up.

Rewards mature after a short holding period and a safety review rather than landing instantly, so the program stays clean. Your referral link tracks its own stats too: clicks, sign-ups already registered, and conversions, so you can see your recruiting at a glance. The first ReferralRally runs alongside the launch, and its top recruiter takes home a soulbound Referral Herald.

Verbessert

The alpha has a voice now

Sound is on. The closed alpha has been silent up to this point, and this patch brings audio to life across the game, with a full set of interface and combat cues that were recut to sit warmer and more present in the mix. You are in full control from the sound settings: master, music, effects, interface and notification levels are all yours to set, and you can mute any of them.

German guild station names read consistently

The German names for the guild stations were harmonized so they read consistently with the rest of the German interface. English is unchanged.

The legendaries and commanders have true names

Until now the strongest Fighters and every commander went by a description of what they do. This patch gives them real names. Your fire commander is no longer the Incandescent Pyre-Warden, she is Kaevra, the Pyre-Warden. The abyssal tide commander is Oluna, the Tidemother. The storm archon is Sereth Vane. Across every affinity, the legendaries, the commanders, and the standout epics now carry names drawn from each alien race's own way of speaking, while the common and rare Fighters keep their plain descriptive titles.

Nothing about how any of them plays has changed. Same stats, same abilities, same art. They just finally have names worth calling out when they land.

This is the patch where the roster stops reading like a spreadsheet and starts reading like a cast. Bring a friend into the alpha, turn the sound up, and thanks for flying with us.
