Patch 0.30.0: Reinforcements

Two dozen new Fighters answer the call, and WARPATH Season 2 opens its track.

The roster just grew by twenty-four. This patch spreads a wave of rare abilities across all eight affinities, opens a new "slow" axis for teams that want to dictate the pace, and crowns the wave with a divine legendary that pulls fallen allies back into the fight. WARPATH Season 2 opens too, with a fresh track and a title you can only earn on it.

A Way Back From A Missing Replay

If a match ended in a forfeit or expired before it could be watched, the page you landed on had no clear way out. It now has a Back to Play button, so a game with no replay never leaves you stranded.

24 New Fighters Join the Roster

Twenty-four new Fighters join the roster this patch, and the theme is variety. Each one carries a single, focused ability, and together they spread rare tricks that used to be thin on the ground across all eight affinities: hard-to-kill taunt walls, status immunity, punish-on-miss reflectors, armor-shredders, and a brand-new "slow" axis that lets a team drag the enemy's turn order down and act first.

There is a bit of everything. Water gets its first real taunt wall. Earth gets an armor-as-weapon bruiser that hits back through its own plate. Wind gets a swarm of cheerful little gunners that fire in every direction at once. And divine gets its fifth legendary: an ancient star-carrier that pours an inverted sunrise onto a fallen ally and brings it roaring back into the fight.

A few of the standouts are below. The rest are waiting for you in the catalog.

The Dawn That Returns

The Dawn That Returns

Neu

Divine's new legendary, and the biggest body in the wave. It plays as a backline healer that can bring a downed ally all the way back, so a divine team can weather a brutal opening exchange and still come out whole.

Feint-Punish Reaper

Feint-Punish Reaper

Neu

A dark reflector built around punishing a miss. It only pays off when it survives being swung at, so it rewards reading the board and baiting the wrong attack.

Anvil-Echo Vanguard

Anvil-Echo Vanguard

Neu

An earth front-liner that turns its own armor into the weapon. A heavy, patient anchor that hits back through the plate, so an aggressor trades into it at their own cost.

Plate-Slag Marauder

Plate-Slag Marauder

Neu

Fire's dedicated armor-breaker. It melts a tank's plating so the rest of your team can get through, a clean answer to the heavy-armor walls this patch adds elsewhere.

Pride-Oath Bulwark

Pride-Oath Bulwark

Neu

A light taunt wall that pulls enemy fire onto itself and lets two allies slip past untouched. The clearest "hold the line so the rest of us can work" piece in the set.

Reef-Bastion Warden

Reef-Bastion Warden

Neu

Water's first taunt wall, and its only real armored body. It gives water teams a front line that can actually soak damage instead of leaning on speed and evasion.

Buzz-Volley Cluster

Buzz-Volley Cluster

Neu

A cheap wind swarm that scatters shots across the enemy board. Three mana, disarmingly cute, and a real problem for a spread-out back line.

Sealed-Loop Frame

Sealed-Loop Frame

Neu

A neutral frame welded shut against everything. Status immunity walks it straight through poisons and debuffs that would seize up anything else, so it slots into any team that fears getting shut down.

WARPATH Season 2

A new WARPATH pass opens this patch. Season 2 runs a fresh fifty-level track loaded with Genesis Caches, staked STEL, potions, and merit, and it caps off with an exclusive legendary title, "Warbound", that you can earn only here on this pass and never again. The premium track is worth well more than it costs from the first level to the summit, and the climb near the top is a real chase.

Twenty-four new ways to build a team, and a new season to earn along the way. Go draft something strange and send us the replay.
