Patch 0.22.1: Read The Rules Again

Everything on this page already worked the way you thought it did. Now it also works that way.

This one is all fixes, and most of them come straight out of your reports. The headline is combat: Corrode was quietly doing nothing against a team running Bulwark, and a Fighter's speed could be driven all the way to zero, so both are now resolved the way the ability text always read.
Around that sit the smaller ones you kept running into: cosmetics you could delegate but had no button for, guilds that took members past their own ceiling, wallet errors on a first visit, and German pages writing decimals the English way.

Corrode Actually Corrodes

Corrode was reading as a complete no-op against any team running Bulwark, and whether it worked at all came down to which side of the board its carrier happened to sit on. Pre-battle auras all resolved in one flat pass by roster position, so on a Fighter with no base armor Corrode landed first, hit the zero-armor skip, and then Bulwark added its armor on top as if nothing had happened.
Enemy debuff auras now resolve after every friendly buff aura, so Corrode always lands on the armor that is actually there. The numbers themselves are unchanged: Corrode still takes 2, and a Fighter with 2 base armor plus Bulwark still cancels out to 2.

Speed Never Drops To Zero

A Fighter's speed had no floor at all, so a stack of slows could drive it to zero through an entirely legal draft. Speed is now floored at 1, exactly like attack already was, so a slowed Fighter is always still a Fighter that acts.

Cosmetics You Can Delegate Now Have The Button

Delegating a cosmetic has been allowed since June, but the collection Workbench never offered the control, so the only way to do it was to already know it was possible. The Delegate action now shows up on any cosmetic you are not currently wearing, next to List for sale, Transfer and Lock.

Guild Rosters Respect Their Ceiling

Nothing checked the member cap when an invite was accepted, so a guild could be pushed past its own roster limit and stay there. Every join path now counts the real roster before it lets anyone in, and two people accepting into the last free slot at the same moment no longer both get it.
The roster research node was also being advertised without being read, so a guild that had paid for the upgrade was still capped at the un-upgraded number. It now grants the slots it promises.

Your Wallet On A First Visit

The very first time your wallet for a currency came into existence, two things happening at once could fail the whole action, which on a payout meant it did not land. That first-time creation is now safe to hit from anywhere at once. Separately, simply looking at a page no longer creates wallet rows you never asked for.

Buttons That Answer On The First Click

Seven buttons across the site could silently do nothing if you clicked them on a cold first load, before the thing they open had finished waking up. They now wait for it instead of giving up. A button that is busy also reads as busy properly, and a handful of panels that lost their fallback styling in the build are laid out correctly again.

German Numbers Written In German

Decimals on German pages were written the English way, with a period, across win rates, ratios and progress values. They now use a comma, everywhere it applies, without touching the wallet balances themselves.

Keep the reports coming. Every combat fix on this page started as somebody posting a screenshot and saying that does not look right, which is faster than anything we would have found on our own.
