Patch 0.22.0: Pay With Hive Patch-Heldengrafik
v0.22.0

Patch 0.22.0: Pay With Hive

The rail is open, and thirty one things that used to jam do not jam any more.

You can now buy KRED with HIVE straight from your wallet: one-click Hive Keychain, or copy the memo, or scan the QR from your phone. Around that headline sits the biggest fix pass we have shipped in one patch, thirty one of them, concentrated where you actually felt them: the queue, the team picker, the match banner, your notifications, and the Grand Vault.
The ban screen was rebuilt into BAN LOADOUT, and the staking panel stopped keeping secrets: locked STEL now has a running total, real unlock dates, and copy that says plainly what a locked grant does.

Buy KRED With HIVE

The native HIVE payment rail is open. Pick HIVE at the pay step in your wallet and you get a live quote at the standing peg of 1,000 KRED per dollar, then three ways to send it: one click through Hive Keychain if you have the extension, a copy row for the amount, the operator account and the required memo, or a QR code to pay from a mobile wallet.
The memo is the part that matters, so it carries its own copy button and a REQUIRED badge, and the quote runs a visible expiry countdown so you always know whether the number in front of you is still the number. Once you send, the page watches for your payment and credits you without a refresh.

Take Off Any Cosmetic

Every cosmetic slot now has a remove option sitting at the top of its list. Before this, equipping was a one way door: if you owned a single avatar you wore that avatar, because the only way to change a slot was to pick something else for it. Avatar, banner, title and title effect can all be cleared back to nothing.

Close Your Own Support Ticket

You can close a support ticket yourself once it is solved, and reopen it if the problem comes back. Alongside that, support messages are now permanent: nobody can delete a message out of a ticket any more, so what was reported stays on the record exactly as it was written.

The Waiting Screen Counts Down

After you lock your team in, the waiting screen now runs a live OPPONENT PICKS IN countdown instead of sitting on a static WAITING. You can see exactly how long the other side still has, which is the difference between waiting and wondering whether anything is happening at all.

Guild Entry Fees Ask Properly

Applying to a guild that charges an entry fee used to hand you a plain browser popup. It now opens a real in-game confirmation showing the fee, your balance, what you will be left with, and the full escrow terms: how long the fee is held, when it is refunded, and what happens to it if you leave early. You commit knowing all of it.

Guild Applications Say Why They Failed

A guild application that did not go through used to give you a bare "could not submit". It now tells you the actual reason, so you know whether to try a different guild, free up a slot, or top up your balance.

Locked STEL, In Plain Numbers

The Grand Vault staking panel now carries a running total of your locked STEL, and groups your locked grants into collapsible unlock windows instead of one long undifferentiated list. Every unlock carries a real calendar date with the year on it, so a grant that frees up in 2027 says 2027 rather than a vague "about a year".
The panel also explains what a locked grant actually is, honestly: it earns from the day it lands, and the lock withholds the withdrawal, not the stake. Nothing moves or activates on the unlock date, and the copy no longer implies it does. Fully drained grants stop lingering as empty rows, and German players get German dates instead of English ones.

Auto-Restake Explains Itself

Switching auto-restake on used to make the Restake and Claim buttons disappear with nothing said about why. It now tells you what it is doing: your pending STEL compounds every night, with the bonus applied.

Battle Pass STEL Says What It Is

Every STEL reward on the WARPATH track now states plainly that it arrives staked and locked for 365 days rather than as spendable balance, with the terms spelled out under the track instead of left for you to discover later. The STEL chip in the header picked up the other half of that: hover it and you see how much of your total is staked, updating live as you earn.

BAN LOADOUT

The ban screen was rebuilt. Your three ruleset bans and two affinity bans now sit in a pinned tray at the top, so what you have banned is always in front of you instead of scattered through a grid you have to scan. Below it the full catalog is searchable and banded alphabetically, and a banned entry stays visible where it was, dimmed and badged, rather than vanishing out of the list and leaving you unsure whether you banned it or lost it.
The affinity rail and the AI Trainer fallback setting moved into a column of their own alongside it, and the whole thing was rebuilt for phones down to 420 pixels.

The Queue Follows You

While you are searching for a match, a slim bar now follows you across the site telling you that you are in queue, with a Leave control right there in it. You can go read a card, check your collection, browse the docs, and still leave the queue in one click without hunting your way back to Play.

Filters Get The Right Scrollbar

The filter panels on the card catalog, your collection and the team picker were rendering your operating system's default scrollbar, a bright strip straight through the middle of a dark interface. They now use the game's own slim dark bar.

Wallet Login Works Again

Signing in with a Ronin, Avalanche or Ethereum wallet had been dead since May. The login screen was calling four addresses that the site did not answer on, so the buttons were there and nothing behind them worked, and the username availability check never ran either. All four are connected again and those three chains sign in.

One Trip Through The Queue, One Match

Refreshing the page while queued could hand you several matches at once off a single queue entry. One trip through the queue now produces exactly one match, whatever you do with the page while you wait.

The Match Banner Clears When The Match Ends

The match in progress bar used to keep pointing at a match that had already finished until you reloaded. It now clears itself the moment the match actually ends, on every way a match can end, not just the common one.

The Banner Stays Put While You Wait

Two opposite faults in the same bar. It used to vanish while you were waiting on your opponent, exactly when you most wanted it, and it could also drop you into a draft with too little time left to finish picking. It now holds while you wait and will not send you into a draft you cannot complete.

The Banner Clears On A Failed AI Opponent

When an AI opponent failed to field a team, the match ended but the bar kept advertising it until you reloaded. It now clears immediately.

Straight Into Your Live Draft

If your match started while the tab was asleep or your connection dropped, the notification could be missed and the match became unjoinable. Going to Play now drops you straight into your live draft instead.

No More Waiting On An Opponent Who Never Arrives

If your opponent never fielded a team, you could sit on the waiting screen indefinitely. The match now resolves on its own and takes you to the result.

A Team Locked At The Buzzer Counts

Locking your team in as the pick clock hit zero could drop you out of the match instead of accepting it. Re-opening a draft whose timer had already run also left you on a frozen pick screen with no way out. Both are fixed: the buzzer submission counts, and a lapsed draft lets you leave.

Brawl And Tournament Pickers Let You Out

The same frozen 0:00 trap still existed on the guild brawl and tournament pick screens after it was fixed for ranked. Opening either one past your pick window now sends you back out with a message rather than stranding you on a dead screen.

The Pick Timer Survives The Back Button

Using the browser Back button to return to the team picker brought back a frozen 0:00 timer that would never submit. The countdown now restarts properly when the page is restored.

Waiting Screen Shows The Levels You Will Play At

The waiting screen showed your fighters at their maximum level rather than the level your league caps them to, so the board you studied was not the board that fought. It now shows the real numbers.

Brawl Showdown Shows The Levels You Will Play At

The same mismatch on the guild brawl pre-battle screen. Every fighter now lists at the level it will actually fight at, and a mismatched slot is dropped rather than drawn in the wrong place.

Standard Stops Taking Up A Slot

Standard is the absence of a ruleset, but it was being drawn and offered as though it were one, so a rolled ruleset pair could spend a slot on a rule that does nothing. It no longer appears in matches, custom games, or your ban picker. Its reference page stays where it is.

The Ban Screen Counts Your Real Pool

The eligible ruleset figure on the ban screen counted rulesets your league can never draw. The number drops noticeably as a result, and that drop is the fix: it now matches the pool you actually play out of. The custom game ruleset selector also starts on Random, which is what it always did once the page settled.

A Missing Ruleset Icon No Longer Takes The Page Down

A ruleset whose icon was missing did not degrade quietly, it brought down every page that drew a ruleset chip, the custom game form and the replay screen included. A missing icon now renders nothing and the page carries on.

Notifications Load Past Page One

Once you had more than one page of notifications, the page stopped loading at all. It loads, and the page links work.

Notification Filters Actually Filter

The Unread and Action Required tabs looked like filters and did nothing. They filter now. The Join the Alpha link in the top bar was carrying the same fault and dropping you at the top of the landing page instead of at the signup form, so it got fixed on the way past.

Marking A Notification Read Stopped Erroring

Marking a notification read or dismissing it from the list could throw an error page instead of just doing it.

The Notifications Page Looks Right

Some of the page's headings, links and count chips were written against style names that had never existed, so they silently rendered as unstyled defaults with nothing anywhere reporting a problem. They now use the real ones, and a guard keeps the dead spellings from coming back.

Page Controls, Everywhere

Every paged list in the game was rendering unstyled page links, because the styling targeted a paginator the app does not use. All thirty eight of those surfaces now show proper page buttons with the current page marked, at a size you can hit on a phone.

Vault Buttons You Can Read

Buttons inside the wallet vault were painting their label almost invisibly on gold. Pay with Keychain, Stake, and the confirm steps on deposit, withdraw and send all read properly now.

A New Account's First Page Load

A brand new account could hit an error on its very first signed-in page, because simply displaying your balances was doing work that display has no business doing. Displaying is now just displaying, which also takes real weight off every page carrying the currency chips or the Grand Vault.

Cosmetics Are Not Fighters

Your collection was counting avatars, banners and titles toward your Fighter and BCX totals, and the duplicates filter was surfacing cosmetics you had equipped. Counts and filters now cover Fighters only, with cosmetics under their own tab.

Cosmetic Pages Stop Talking Like Fighter Pages

An avatar, banner or title opened from your collection was borrowing the wording written for Fighters, including a Level row that means nothing for a cosmetic. Cosmetics now get their own wording throughout, in both languages, and the rows that do not apply are gone.

Golem Overlord Rewards Are Yours

Golem Overlord loyalty Fighters and cosmetics were being bound to your account on arrival, so they could not be traded, sold, rented or delegated. They were never meant to be. The binding is gone and every one already granted has been corrected.

Rejoining A Guild Actually Rejoins You

If you rejoined a guild you had previously left, you ended up in limbo: a member on paper, missing from the roster, and locked out of the member tabs. Your membership now resolves correctly and chat, research and the vault come back with it.

Section Links Land On Target

Jumping to a section link could land you 44 pixels off, with the heading you asked for tucked under a bar at the top, once any banner had appeared or disappeared during your session. Anchors land flush now.

The Wheel Multiplier Reads Right In German

The premium payout multiplier on the daily wheel was formatted for English only, so German players got the wrong decimal mark.

The Battle Log Reads Properly

Translating the replay battle log for the first time last patch exposed a cluster of older defects in the ticker lines underneath, and they have now been cleaned up. German players also get correct grammar: about a dozen lines were putting the fighter count in the wrong case after a preposition, so they read as broken German rather than German.

One Click, Not Two

On a cold first page load, clicking a button that opens a dialog could do nothing at all, and you had to click it a second time. The click was landing before the page had finished fetching the piece that handles it. It now waits for that piece to arrive instead of giving up, on dialogs across the site and on the guild station panels, which had the same fault with no retry at all.

One Stuck Match Stops Holding Up The Rest

A single match that could not finish was able to delay the automatic cleanup of everyone else's abandoned drafts. Cleanup now works through them oldest first and no single stuck one can block the rest.

Guild and tournament features are next in line. Almost every fix on this page started as a player report, so keep sending them, they are landing faster than anything else we do.
