Patch 0.20.0: The Gauntlet Opens

Achievements land, your alpha earnings come home, and the closed alpha throws its doors open.

This is the closed alpha's launch patch. The headline is Achievements: a full catalog to chase, an unlock ceremony when you earn one, a Gauntlet tab on your profile, and account levels with rank bands to show for it. Alongside it, you can now claim the earnings you built up during the alpha, send credits straight to another player, and dive into WARPATH Season 3.

Achievements: The Gauntlet

Achievements are here. There is a full catalog of goals to chase across drafting, combat, collecting, and climbing, and the game now tracks your progress toward every one of them in the background. Earn one and a ceremony banner sweeps in to mark it, with a bigger flourish the rarer the achievement. Completing them pays out too, in packs, potions, and credits. Your whole record lives on the new Gauntlet tab on your profile, laid out by category so you can see what you have earned and what is still out there.

Account Levels and Rank Bands

Everything you earn now feeds an account level. As you rack up achievements your account climbs through rank bands, each with its own look, and a level chip on your profile shows how far you have come and how close the next tier is. It is the single number that captures how much of Stellarch you have conquered.

Send Credits to Another Player

You can now send credits straight to another player from your wallet. Pick who, pick how much, and send. Every transfer lands in your history with a clear from and to line, so you can always see exactly where a balance came from or went. Genesis packs can be sent this way too.

Claim Your Alpha Earnings

Everything you earned during the closed alpha, the packs and potions from playing and from achievements, is now waiting for you on the Claim page. Claim it whenever you like, and because this is still the alpha, you get to claim it all again fresh when we launch for real. Nothing you built up goes to waste.

Verbessert

Battle Preferences and a Redesigned Ban Picker

Your battle settings now live on their own Battle Preferences tab. The ban picker that sets which rulesets you would rather sit out got a full redesign, and the ban rules popup on the play deck is now larger and easier to read, so setting up how you want your matches to run is clearer end to end.

The Sound Menu, as a Flight Strip

The sound menu in the nav was rebuilt into a compact flight strip: your music, effects, interface, and notification controls in one tight, readable row right under the speaker icon, so tuning the mix takes a glance instead of a hunt.

Behoben

No Double-Queueing Into a Live Match

You can no longer join the matchmaking queue while you are already in a live match, so a game in progress will not get interrupted by a second one starting behind it.

Buffed Attack Shows on the Card

In replays, a Fighter buffed by the Resonance Field ruleset now shows its boosted attack right on its card, so the number you read matches the hit that actually lands.

Blood Frenzy Speed Reads Right

A Fighter riding a Blood Frenzy kill now shows its raised speed on the card in replays, so its place in the turn order reads correctly as it snowballs.

No Duplicate Fighter Mid-Duel

Fixed a replay case where a Fighter dying during a one-on-one duel could briefly flash a duplicate of itself as the duel reset. The correct Fighter now holds the slot the whole way through.

Simultaneous Poison Deaths Resolve Cleanly

Fixed a replay case where several Fighters on the same side dying to poison in the same instant could clear out of order. Simultaneous poison deaths now resolve together.

Full Bars Fill the Track

Health and armor bars in replays now fill their whole track when a Fighter is at max, instead of stopping short, so a Fighter at full strength looks full.

Vital Suppression Says What It Does

The Vital Suppression ruleset description now spells out that battle buffs can push a Fighter above its health cap, matching how the rule has always played out on the board.

Pack Sounds Respect Your Mixer

Pack-opening sounds now play through your sound mixer and honor your mute and volume settings, so opening a pack stays quiet when you have muted the effects channel.

WARPATH Season 3

WARPATH Season 3 is live with a fresh set of cosmetics to earn along the track: two new avatars, a new banner, and a new title to wear beside your name. Your season climb also counts toward the new veteran achievements, so every level you push earns you credit twice over.

This is the start of the alpha proper, and there is a lot more landing from here. Thanks for playing, and keep sending us your replays.
